The project scope covered designing, developing and implementing a purpose built, functional solution to the perennial challenges of document storage, preservation and retrieval faced by SOUTH GLOBE LIMITED. Specifically, the project involves design and integration of individual database systems, set-up at site, user training and periodic maintenance services.

For this purpose, we chose “Tracker” Document Management System as this product will best preserve the integrity of documents, records and general data. TRACKER comprises a Document Database split into relevant departments, with each department operating with different interfaces in the form of individual databases.

However, these are pulled together and housed as one database. TRACKER is designed to handle Administration Processes, Work flow management Records and Related Financial Data.
