Project Description:
- The Project involved organising a workshop for judicial officers to train them on approaches to giving decisions and writing judgments. Generally, it created the opportunity for obtaining assessment, review and feedback from their audience, which ordinarily is extremely limited.
- This workshop provided the opportunity for judicial officers to expand their horizons of appreciation and familiarity with considerations to take into account in structuring a judgment; principles to be followed in deciding whether or not to include material, etc.
