Project Description:
- Consultancy Services For Updating And Implementation Of A Communication And Visibility Plan And Research to Document Output Briefs; Training To Familiarize Stake Holders With The Reviewed Project Expectations.
- As an element of an overall reform programme, the European Union perceived the need for adequate and appropriate programme communication and visibility strategies to enhance productivity. CHANCERY CONSULTING was contracted by the European Union to review the project output guidelines and train stakeholders to familiarize them with the new policy thrust.
- The training component involved developing and facilitating the training of 40 stake holders drawn from across the State technical Unit on designated days over a one-month period
